PART I: ONLINE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM

The online component comprises eight modules delivered across four thematic weeks. Participants gain unique professional development training that is only given to new staff at international organizations.
PART II: GENEVA MULTILATERAL LEADERSHIP IMMERSION
Duration: 5 Days | In-Person | Geneva, Switzerland
Participants fly to Geneva to be immersed in institutional visits, expert-led briefings, diplomatic engagements, practical simulations and professional networking at the UN.
